CATALYST
Catalyst Construction Ltd is owned and managed by husband and wife team Karl and Erin Braithwaite. Managing Director, Karl has over 15 years experience in the building industry, and has worked in London, Manchester, Sydney and Auckland.
Karl is on the Executive Team for Auckland Master Builders and spent 5 years as the Chairperson of the Eastern Branch of the Master Builders Association (Auckland). He is also the lead judge for the Northern Region Apprentice of the Year competition.
Prior to completing his Trade Certificate in Carpentry, Karl completed a Bachelor of Leisure Studies at the University of Waikato and also trained as PADI Dive Instructor. This varied background contributes to his ability to run a successful business, communicate well with clients and stakeholders and mentor and train staff.
Catalyst Construction has a strong team of qualified and experienced builders who are selected to join the team based not only on thier exceptional carpentry skills, but also on their fit with the Catalyst Construction values.
